This Billing Policy explains how NexusGrowth, LLC bills subscriptions for VirtualStaging.tools, how auto-renewal works, how you can cancel, and when refunds may be available.

Subscription Plans

VirtualStaging.tools currently offers paid subscription plans for real estate professionals who need recurring virtual staging capacity.

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance every month and renew automatically until canceled.
  • Annual plans are billed in advance once per year and renew automatically every year until canceled.
  • Your plan details, included photo allowance, and current billing cycle are shown in your account billing settings and at checkout.

Billing Timing and Auto-Renewal

When you start a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge the subscription price, applicable taxes, and any approved discounts to your selected payment method.

  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month on the same billing cadence as your original purchase.
  • Annual plans renew automatically each year on the same billing cadence as your original purchase.
  • If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may be suspended, downgraded, or canceled until payment is resolved.

We may update pricing or plan features in the future. If we make a material pricing change for renewals, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect.

Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through our secure billing portal powered by Stripe Customer Portal.

  • You can update your billing method there.
  • You can review active subscription details there.
  • You can cancel at any time there.

If you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • We do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
  • After the current period ends, your plan will not renew again unless you subscribe again.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your first experience using the service.

  • For monthly subscriptions, if you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your initial results, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for review and possible resolution or refund.
  • For annual subscriptions, the same 7-day window from the first charge applies to your initial annual purchase.
  • Refunds for renewals, partial billing periods, or already used subscription value are generally not provided, unless required by law.

Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. We may deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, extensive successful usage, or requests made outside the stated window.

Failed Generations and Billing Holds

If a generation fails due to a technical issue, we aim to prevent you from being permanently charged for an unsuccessful result.

  • Queued or failed tasks may be canceled or released according to our internal billing rules.
  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly because of a failed generation, contact support and include your account email and project details.
