This Billing Policy explains how NexusGrowth, LLC bills subscriptions and credit packs for VirtualStaging.tools, how auto-renewal works, how you can cancel without losing time you've already paid for, how our credit packs work, and when refunds may be available.

What You Can Buy

VirtualStaging.tools offers two ways to pay:

  • Subscriptions (monthly or annual) — recurring charges that include a per-cycle photo allowance.
  • Credit packs (one-time) — buy a bundle of staging credits without a subscription. Pack credits never expire and there is no auto-renewal.

Plan details, included photo allowance, and current billing cycle are shown in your account billing settings and at checkout.

How Subscriptions Renew

When you start a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment provider, Stripe, to charge the subscription price (plus applicable taxes and any approved discounts) to your selected payment method.

  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month on the same calendar cadence as your original purchase.
  • Annual plans renew automatically each year on the same cadence as your original purchase.

7-day renewal email reminder

We email you 7 days before every renewal — both monthly and annual — with the exact charge date, amount, and a one-click link to manage or cancel. We do this proactively because surprise charges erode trust, and we'd rather you know in advance.

If your payment method cannot be charged, your subscription may be suspended or canceled until payment is resolved. We may update pricing or plan features in the future; if we make a material pricing change for renewals, we will provide notice before the new price takes effect.

How Cancellation Works

You can cancel a subscription anytime through your account billing settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription is scheduled to end at your current paid period's end date, not immediately.
  • You keep all the photos and features included in your plan until that period ends.
  • We do not auto-renew you again unless you re-subscribe yourself.

We don't normally provide prorated refunds for unused time within an already-paid period, because cancellation already preserves your paid time — you simply stop renewing afterward.

How Credit Packs Work

Credit packs are one-time purchases. When you buy a pack:

  • Credits are added to your account immediately.
  • Credits remain valid as long as your account is active. We do not expire pack credits on a calendar timer.
  • There is no recurring charge — pack purchases are pay-once.
  • If you no longer want VirtualStaging.tools, you may close your account; for any unused pack credits at that time, contact support to discuss cash-equivalent options where required by applicable law.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your first experience using the service.

  • For monthly subscriptions, if you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your initial results, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for review and possible resolution or refund.
  • For annual subscriptions, the same 7-day window from the first charge applies to your initial annual purchase.
  • For credit packs, refunds may be considered for unused credits within 7 days of purchase if there are technical issues or quality problems with the service. Substantial usage of credits typically forfeits refund eligibility.
  • Refunds for renewals, partial billing periods within an already-paid term, or already-used subscription value are generally not provided, unless required by law.

Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case. We may deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, extensive successful usage, or requests made outside the stated window.

Failed Generations and Billing Holds

If a generation fails due to a technical issue, we aim to prevent you from being permanently charged for an unsuccessful result.

  • Queued or failed tasks may be canceled or released according to our internal billing rules.
  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly because of a failed generation, contact support and include your account email and project details.
